Press Release 1 Draft

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sept. 4, 2008
ABC Real Estate LLC
President Preston Parker
123 Creative Way Logan, UT 84321

ABC REAL ESTATE
One step closer to more homeowners
Ordinarilly, to own your own home you need 3 things: A down payment typically close to 3%, good credit which is a FICO of 680 or higher, and a low debt to income ratio. ABC Real Estate in parnership with Bill Gatton have a system that allows people to own a home even if they haven’t accumulated these things.
“It’s a way of investing with an ownership mentality” says President Preston Parker of ABC Real Estate. “This company is growing to be state wide and will go national.” ABC Real Estate uses an equity-holding, beneficiary-directive land trust system. This means someone looking to own a home but has not developed credit, does not have good enough credit, cannot afford a down payment ect. seeks an investor(s) with good credit and a disposable income to sign a legally abiding contract in which they in a sense own the home but do not live in it. The residents will live in the home while they make payments that are higher than that of a mortgage loan and the money is given to the investor. Although the resident is paying more, they are able to establish the things needed to purchase a home and eventually own the home they reside in and make payments on.

Alyson-
Awesome! I really liked your press release. You got a lot of information in there with such a short amount of time, very informative! One thing, I know that press releases are supposed to be aligned to the left. Other than that awesome job!

Alyson,
Great job on your press release. You have a great deal of information in your release and I really liked your opening paragraph and the way you introduced the issue. Don't forget to add a boilerplate to your final copy and also to end it with -###-, -END- or -30-. Great Job!
